This EP marks the official debut of a multi-talented writer and composer. Previously releasing an experimental/avant-garde mixtape through his website, Griff X makes a departure from rhymes and his Southern alternative hip-hop influence and focuses on dreamy instrumental pieces instead. The tracks were composed in less than two weeks, at the tail end of the recording sessions for his debut mixtape, The Dada Theory.
